Blackheads and most acne must be extracted carefully; I recommend a thorough facial. However, at home: wash with baking soda and water, and then mask with Milk of Magnesia (no flavor). Sleep in this every night- you should start to see things purge out and get better. Remember, you can't wash away or scrub away acne.
